The Viking Construction Team
Building the community for 16 years
Viking Construction has been involved in the art of fine
craftsmanship in our community for over 16 years. Their
goal is to achieve customer satisfaction at a level seldom
seen in the construction industry these days.
The owners, Kurt Reynolds and John Audia, have assembled a symbiotic team that has been very successful. Kurt uses his wealth of construction knowledge to ensure excellence in all aspects of the project in the field, while John uses his extensive business background in the operation of their office.
Dave Shew has shown great commitment and skill level in all facets of Viking expectations and, as such, worked his way through the ranks to Project Supervisor of He will pass the responsibility of those projects back to Kurt when IronHorse gets underway and fully devote his attention to Prineville. Dave’s construction knowledge, drive for excellence, and adherence to schedules are a great addition to the Viking Team. Northpointe Phase II, Shevlin Crest and many of our custom homes.
Jacob Polvi (Jake) is the newest member to the Viking
Team. Jake is a LEED accredited consultant and attempts
to approach all of his projects from the perspective of
balancing the needs of the community, the economy, and the
environment.
This sustainable perspective provides a layered evaluation
criteria that help to provide designs and approaches that
work in the real world while respecting our need to conserve
natural resources, provide economically feasible solutions to
fit design challenges, and serve the needs of the
community
We focus on customer service.
Viking builds homes as well as long term relationships with
our customers. We do what we say we are going to do and
communicate realistic schedules.
As for customer service after the sale, Brad Martin oversees
Viking’s warranty work and related customer
concerns. Ask a Viking customer who has dealt with him
– he takes his job very seriously and is good at what
he does.
We value our relationship with customers and our reputation
for high quality construction. It is not uncommon for
customers to contact us years after the home they are in is
built and get help with an issue.
We stand by everything we do.
Viking's culture is grounded in integrity and respect. This means holding the highest standards of ethical business culture. Our reputation for adhering to these standards is one of our most valuable assets. We stand by everything we do.
